As a Sales Representative, you’ll operate entirely remotely, leading the full sales cycle from initial outreach to final close. Your primary focus will be engaging prospective families through high-quality discovery calls, identifying their unique learning needs, and guiding them toward tailored educational solutions using a consultative, value-based approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead high-volume phone conversations with families to understand goals and recommend appropriate learning paths
- Apply needs-based selling strategies to build trust, create urgency, and drive conversions
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets consistently
- Manage all stages of the sales process, ensuring a seamless experience from first contact to enrollment
- Leverage CRM tools and AI-powered platforms to track progress and optimize outreach
Qualifications
You must be able to work full-time, including evenings and weekends, from a quiet, reliable home office setup with strong internet connectivity. While a bachelor’s degree is preferred, relevant experience is highly valued.
Successful candidates typically bring at least three years in quota-carrying sales, business development, or account management—especially in consultative B2C environments. Experience with solution-based selling, CRM systems, and performance-driven metrics is essential. Backgrounds in edtech, SaaS, financial services, insurance, or home services are particularly relevant.

This role offers a base pay of $41,600 plus a $12,000 annual variable compensation target, with opportunities for increased earnings through performance-based advancement. You’ll receive a company-issued MacBook and premium headphones, along with access to top-tier health, dental, vision, and life insurance options.
The 401(k) plan includes an immediate company match, and expanded leave policies support new parents and adoptive families. You’ll also gain an all-inclusive learning membership covering tutoring, on-demand classes, and full access to the organization’s educational tools—for both you and your household. Exclusive use of advanced AI productivity systems further enhances your ability to succeed.
Work Environment
This is a fully remote role with a required split-shift schedule: 8:00 AM–12:00 PM and 4:00 PM–8:00 PM Central Time, including training periods. The organization operates with an AI-native foundation, emphasizing ownership, innovation, and measurable impact. Career growth is tied directly to contribution, with a culture rooted in continuous learning and apolitical, results-driven progress.
