Drive Partnership Growth in the SMB Space
As a Partner Account Manager, you'll play a central role in expanding our network by building strong, results-driven relationships with technology platforms, human capital management providers, CPAs, financial advisors, and benefit brokers. Your focus will be on creating referral pathways and co-developed strategies that accelerate the adoption of retirement offerings among small and medium-sized businesses.
What You’ll Do
- Identify and cultivate partnerships that generate qualified leads and expand market reach
- Design and execute joint go-to-market plans with partners, aligning on shared business goals and performance metrics
- Collaborate with internal teams—including Sales, Marketing, and Product—to resolve challenges and improve partner outcomes
- Work alongside Partner Marketing to launch educational campaigns, webinars, and outreach initiatives that boost partner engagement
- Monitor pipeline health and revenue impact, adjusting strategies to maximize results
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum of 2 years building partnerships or driving business development in the SMB ecosystem, particularly with tech, HCM, or financial services providers
- Experience meeting sales targets in a fast-moving environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a natural ability to build trust
- Self-motivated with a track record of working independently and solving problems proactively
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and adapting quickly to change
- Willingness to engage in operational details and support partner success hands-on
- Ability to be in the field at least three days per week
- Familiarity with Salesforce for tracking and managing partner interactions is a plus
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary of $70,000 with total On-Target Earnings between $130,000 and $140,000, including variable compensation. Equity in the form of stock options is provided to all employees. We offer a comprehensive benefits package focused on physical, financial, and mental wellness.
Work Environment
This is a local position based in New Orleans, with a requirement to be in the field three days per week. The role blends field-based relationship management with strategic planning to grow partner-driven revenue.
