As a Senior Account Executive, you will own and drive sales initiatives for the DevOps Cloud portfolio across a designated region in Norway. Your primary focus will be building a strong sales pipeline through targeted outreach, identifying qualified opportunities, and guiding them to successful closure. You'll leverage deep product expertise and consultative selling techniques to address customer needs and deliver tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles within assigned accounts, from prospecting to negotiation and closing
- Design and execute pipeline-generating campaigns to expand market reach
- Collaborate with PreSales, Professional Services, and Customer Success teams to develop winning strategies
- Engage stakeholders at all levels, including senior executives, to understand business challenges and position value-driven outcomes
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to manage forecasts, track activities, and maintain accurate sales records
- Partner with external channels and alliances to extend market influence and support deal execution
Qualifications
- Proven ability to master complex software offerings and articulate competitive differentiation
- Strong track record in managing large, strategic deals with enterprise clients
- In-depth understanding of customer organizations, including structure, operations, and financial drivers
- Experience engaging C-level decision-makers with business-relevant insights
- Expertise in Salesforce CRM with a history of accurate forecasting
- Prior experience in software sales, particularly in Application Delivery Management, DevOps, or Hybrid IT environments, is highly preferred
