Responsibilities
- Assist in designing and implementing public relations strategies by contributing ideas that support client objectives and align with industry developments.
- Help communicate complex scientific and regulatory updates by creating internal and external messaging that connects with media, healthcare providers, and patient audiences.
- Produce and refine communications content such as press releases, media briefings, social media updates, and paid content, ensuring accuracy and consistency with brand guidelines.
- Support media engagement efforts by identifying relevant journalists, building outreach lists, preparing correspondence, and tracking media coverage and opportunities.
- Work alongside specialists in digital, paid media, analytics, and media planning to contribute to unified campaign development.
- Monitor media trends and current events to provide strategic insights, inform messaging, and guide client recommendations.
- Assist in project coordination by managing schedules, maintaining organized files, and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Provide flexible support across teams as needed, including helping with logistics, documentation, and execution of various initiatives.
