Porter Novelli is looking for a Senior Account Executive to support integrated communications programs for leading pharmaceutical and biotechnology clients. In this hands-on role, you will help execute thoughtful, high-impact campaigns, working closely with senior team members and integrated partners across the agency.
What You'll Do
- Support the development and execution of public relations plans.
- Help translate scientific and regulatory milestones into communication materials.
- Draft and polish high-quality communications materials, including press releases and social media posts.
- Support media outreach and monitoring, including researching targets and developing media lists.
- Collaborate with integrated teams across digital, paid, media, and analytics functions.
- Track trends and news developments to inform strategy and client counsel.
- Keep projects moving smoothly by managing timelines and organizing files.
- Pitch in where needed to support teammates with coordination and execution.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations, English, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in public relations, communications, or marketing.
Nice to Have
- Agency experience and exposure to large, integrated programs.
- Health communications experience; familiarity with pharmaceutical, biotech, or health communications.
- Familiarity with Veeva and preparing documents for MLR reviews.
