Dentsu is seeking a Senior Account Director to lead the successful delivery of digital transformation projects. This leadership role within Account Management focuses on nurturing and expanding client relationships by aligning our teams and services to meet client objectives.
What You'll Do
- Nurture long-term client relationships that deliver mutual value.
- Manage complex digital engagements and lead teams to create strategic solutions.
- Contribute to the strategic direction of our client relationships by identifying client needs and innovative solutions.
- Use your experience to identify opportunities for growth and collaboration as a trusted advisor.
- Develop narratives through presentations to manage and align executive communications.
- Provide leadership for strategic planning efforts, advisory consulting, and ensure quality and growth of ongoing client work.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum 8 years experience in relevant digital experience disciplines.
- Proven experience in client management roles, driving retention and business growth.
- Experience managing and developing a team responsible for day-to-day client program execution.
- Able to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams and geographic locations.
- Experience managing financial aspects of a book of business: forecasting revenue, costs, profit margins, invoicing, and reporting financials to executives.
Team & Environment
You will work closely with other VP, SVP, and EVP level executives and report to a Group Account Director.

- Compensation: $113,000 - $182,850 per year.
