- Drive client reporting and presentation quality
- Ensure timely delivery of all account commitments
- Foster strong internal collaboration across departments
- Lead pitch teams for new business opportunities
- Negotiate contracts and scope of work agreements

- Translate client objectives into actionable plans
- Guide team members on client priorities and expectations
