About the Role
The selected candidate will supervise front-of-house operations, manage service teams, and maintain service excellence during events and daily dining services.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise dining room personnel during service hours

- Coordinate table setup and seating arrangements according to occupancy
- Monitor service flow to maintain efficiency and guest satisfaction
- Train new staff on service protocols and standards
- Address guest inquiries and resolve service-related issues promptly
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to synchronize food delivery
- Maintain knowledge of menu offerings and ingredients
- Oversee reservation management and guest seating plans
- Uphold hygiene and safety standards in public areas
- Manage inventory of tableware and service supplies
- Participate in staff scheduling and shift planning
- Deliver feedback to team members on performance
- Support special events and high-profile functions
- Ensure compliance with service timing benchmarks
- Represent service standards during audits or inspections
- Promote a professional and courteous atmosphere
- Respond to guest feedback and implement improvements
- Assist in developing service procedures
- Maintain accurate logs of service incidents and guest comments
- Ensure uniform and grooming standards are followed
- Escalate operational issues to management
- Support training initiatives for service excellence
- Monitor guest traffic patterns for staffing adjustments
