What You'll Do
Support the day-to-day operations of the security team by maintaining accurate records, organizing documentation, and ensuring timely follow-up on internal tasks and deadlines. You'll help manage shared resources such as SharePoint sites, Teams channels, and document libraries, keeping content structured and accessible.
Prepare reports, presentations, and summaries for internal use and compliance activities. Coordinate with stakeholders across departments to gather updates, evidence, or approvals needed for audits, certifications, and risk assessments. Serve as an initial contact for internal inquiries, directing messages to the appropriate team members and tracking responses.
Assist in maintaining trackers for risks, action items, supplier evaluations, and audit readiness. Draft routine internal communications, such as reminders or policy updates, based on guidance from security leads. Help organize meetings by managing calendars, preparing agendas, documenting decisions, and following up on action items.
Requirements
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Show initiative in learning about security frameworks, compliance standards, and governance processes
- Stay proactive in managing documentation, follow-ups, and workflow coordination
- Have experience working with collaboration tools like SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and shared email environments
- Handle filing systems and documentation libraries with consistency and structure
