Responsibilities
- Support the creation, testing, and upkeep of SOAR playbooks, workflows, and integrations with guidance from experienced team members.
- Identify recurring manual processes in security operations and help design automated solutions to accelerate incident response.
- Collaborate with security analysts to learn from their procedures while contributing to shared technical improvements.
- Develop and keep up-to-date detailed documentation for automation scripts, workflows, and integrated tools.
- Contribute to routine SOAR platform upkeep, including updates, tool transitions, and adjustments to logging systems.
