Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality monitoring assistance to ensure the safety of every household.
- Answer and manage incoming emergency and non-emergency alarm calls from customers and public agencies.
- Evaluate caller circumstances by asking relevant questions to determine appropriate actions.
- Analyze situations accurately to resolve issues, share information, dispatch emergency responders, or redirect to proper contacts.
- Record detailed and accurate call logs, activities, and account details in the system database.
- Coordinate and initiate responses from public safety departments following established protocols.
- Remain current on policy updates and complete ongoing training relevant to the monitoring role.
- Obtain and maintain multiple state-issued regulatory licenses through initial and recurring training programs.
Benefits

- Position requires full on-site presence.
- Candidates must be available for evening and weekend shifts.
- New hires must complete three weeks of daytime training.
