Responsibilities
- Conducts monthly reviews of new content and updates training recommendations for NL and international clients
- Analyzes and shares insights on the most utilized and highly rated training modules, along with best practices for deploying large-scale security awareness programs
- Evaluates quarterly customer feedback on content topics and quality, including requests for new subjects, and relays findings to content publishers to guide development roadmaps
- Delivers training and support to staff and contractors producing or localizing content in non-English languages
- Maintains awareness of global compliance regulations and cultural nuances affecting content, including translation needs for international audiences
- Actively participates in developing content that reflects diversity, equity, and inclusion principles
- Supports ongoing enhancements to workflows, content quality, and operational efficiency as the organization scales
