GFT Technologies SE is looking for a Security Analyst to drive transformation and process optimization by applying advanced continuous improvement methodologies. In this role, you will translate operational needs into viable digital solutions that generate efficiency, mitigate risk, and improve internal experience.
What You'll Do
- Analyze and explore processes to identify automation and improvement opportunities.
- Measure potential benefits in cost, productivity, risk, and service.
- Prepare technical information for initiative prioritization.
- Design digital solutions and assistants based on process needs.
- Coordinate with key areas to ensure fluid design and proper management of risks and expectations.
- Update and track management indicators associated with processes and automation.
What We're Looking For
- 1 to 3 years of experience in similar roles within the financial industry.
- University education in engineering (industrial, computer science, systems, logistics, or operations).
- Knowledge in BPM (medium), process improvement (high), analysis and problem-solving (medium), and process modeling (high).
- Advanced handling of Microsoft Office and medium level in Access and solution design.
- High analytical and relationship-building skills, with medium communication skills.
- Intermediate English.
