At CrowdStrike, a mission-driven leader in cybersecurity, we are looking for a Security Advisor II for our Falcon Complete team. In this remote role based in the United Kingdom (GBR), you will be instrumental in ensuring our managed service customers achieve optimal security health and posture to stop breaches.
What You'll Do
- Assess customer Falcon environments to ensure alignment with Falcon Complete security standards.
- Provide customers with specific, actionable recommendations to improve their security posture.
- Create and recommend remediation for components of CrowdStrike products.
- Contact customers directly to address any identified misalignment with service standards.
- Document, update, and resolve all customer-related issues following established procedures and SLAs.
- Develop and deliver service reports and statistics as requested by customers.
- Partner with internal teams to maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Liaise with the technical support team to troubleshoot and coordinate resolution of customer issues.
What We're Looking For
- Strong customer empathy and the ability to guide customers toward desired security outcomes.
- Excellent customer-facing communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to partner with CrowdStrike teams to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues.
- Proficiency in Windows, Linux, and macOS operating systems.
- Experience or demonstrated knowledge of threat detection and incident response principles.
- A Bachelor's degree in Technology or Cybersecurity or equivalent relevant professional experience.
Nice to Have
- Experience in Incident Management and CSIRT operations.
- Knowledge of Change Management processes.
- Expertise in Malicious Code detection and response.
- Experience with Audit, Logging, and Monitoring Controls (SIEM, UEBA, MDR/XDR).
- Background in Intrusion Detection and Response.
- Experience working with complex, sophisticated enterprise clients.
- Strong analytical capabilities and a desire to continuously learn.
- Proven ability to work across multiple teams to resolve customer issues.
- Demonstrated experience as a security advisor or consultant.
- Knowledge of security frameworks such as ISO 27001/2, NIST CSF, CIS Controls, PCI DSS, Cloud Controls Matrix, or MITRE ATT&CK.
