Lightcast is seeking a Sr. Manager - Information Security to lead the development and execution of our security strategy. You will direct efforts to protect our data and infrastructure, manage security risks, and ensure compliance across the organization.
What You'll Do
- Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive information security programs and policies.
- Manage security risk assessments and oversee the mitigation of identified vulnerabilities.
- Direct incident response activities and ensure robust disaster recovery plans are in place.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and security frameworks.
- Oversee security awareness training for employees across the organization.
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of experience in information security, with a focus on strategy and management.
- Proven experience leading security risk management and compliance programs.
- Strong knowledge of security frameworks, standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Experience managing security budgets and vendor relationships.
Work Mode
This is a remote position. Candidates must be located within the United States. The role can also be performed from our office in Moscow, ID.
