Serve as the main technical contact throughout the sales cycle.. Partner with sales teams to shape and execute effective sales strategies.. Deliver detailed technical presentations and demonstrations that highlight both capabilities and business value.. Establish and maintain trusted technical relationships with key customer stakeholders.. Assess customer security needs, technical environments, and infrastructure to recommend customized solutions.. Design, implement, and oversee Proof-of-Concepts and evaluations to validate solution effectiveness.. Support the development of technical proposals, documentation, and responses to RFPs.. Conduct technical workshops and health checks for current customers to support retention and expansion.. Maintain expert-level knowledge of products, competitors, and evolving industry trends.. Stay informed about emerging cybersecurity threats, attack patterns, and defensive trends.. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to share customer insights and influence product direction.. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to support lead generation.. Manage technical relationships with partners within the assigned region.. Provide technical training and ongoing support to sales teams and partners.

Requirements

  • Minimum of three years in sales engineering, technical pre-sales, security consulting, or related roles within cybersecurity.
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities, with skill in explaining complex technical topics to diverse audiences.
  • In-depth knowledge of networking protocols, network security principles, and security architectures.
  • Solid understanding of threat detection methods, incident response procedures, and common attack techniques.
  • Hands-on experience with Threat Detection and Response platforms including SIEM, NDR, EDR, UEBA, and SOAR.
  • Demonstrated success in conducting product demos and managing POCs.
  • Proven history of contributing to closed sales and meeting sales objectives.
  • Proficiency with Linux command line and basic scripting or programming.
  • Willingness to travel as required for customer meetings and industry events.
  • Collaborative mindset with a commitment to teamwork and knowledge sharing.

Nice to Have

  • Hold industry-recognized certifications such as CISSP, CEH, SANS, or equivalent.
