Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales teams to conduct discovery sessions, define client requirements, and design end-to-end Business Central solutions from scoping through post-implementation support.
- Deliver interactive, practical demonstrations of Microsoft Business Central and integrated Microsoft platforms to highlight operational benefits and measurable return on investment.
- Convert client business challenges into effective functional designs using standard Business Central features, prioritizing out-of-the-box functionality over custom development.
- Lead training sessions and workshops to help clients adopt modern cloud systems, ensuring smooth migration from outdated legacy platforms.
- Partner with specialists in application development, Power Platform, Azure, and AI tools to create unified, scalable solutions across the Microsoft ecosystem.
- Support ongoing refinement of implementation processes and contribute to reusable, industry-focused solution frameworks to improve delivery efficiency.
