As a Sales Engineer, you will play a key role in advancing how organizations in Saudi Arabia defend against cyber threats. You'll work directly with prospects and customers to understand their security challenges, deliver tailored technical demonstrations, and guide proof-of-concept deployments that showcase real-world value. Your expertise will help shape customer decisions and drive successful adoption of advanced protection platforms.
What You'll Do
- Lead technical presentations and hands-on product demonstrations tailored to customer environments
- Configure and support proof-of-concept deployments, aligning platform capabilities with specific security requirements
- Act as a technical liaison between sales teams and engineering, ensuring customer needs inform product direction
- Provide on-the-job training to sales colleagues on platform features, threat detection logic, and competitive differentiation
- Build trusted relationships with technical and executive stakeholders, guiding them through complex security decisions
Requirements
- Proven background in cybersecurity, with direct experience in areas such as EDR, AV, SIEM, firewalls, or incident response
- Strong working knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical teams and non-technical decision-makers
- Self-driven with a track record of working independently in fast-moving environments
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, including experience briefing C-level executives
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, engineering, or a related field
- Relevant technical experience in the Saudi market, with fluency in Arabic required
- Willingness to travel as needed to support customer engagements
