Responsibilities
- Maintain and update key pricing and risk management instruments such as the Early Payoff Matrix, Recast Matrix, and Lock Extension Matrix.
- Develop and improve Standard Operating Procedures for relocks and lock extension policies.
- Gather and assess capital markets revenue components including hedge gains or losses, purchase advice, warehouse interest, investor fees, and other financial line items.
- Support timely and accurate financial reporting for capital markets and deliver insights to senior leadership.
- Act as a point of contact between pricing strategy and execution teams, particularly the Lock Desk, to ensure alignment.
- Provide backup support for concession approval workflows, including handling escalations and tracking exceptions.
- Collaborate with Branch Operations and Sales teams to answer pricing inquiries and clarify pricing decisions and methodologies.
- Assist in analyzing and breaking down inventory within locked loan pipelines to guide pricing and detect emerging patterns.
- Help refine and document virtual team workflows to increase operational efficiency and scalability.
- Engage in routine financial reviews with branch leaders to promote transparency and support forecasting accuracy.
- Conduct recurring and on-demand financial analyses for FP&A, covering margin performance, revenue forecasts, and cost-benefit assessments.
