Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to grow customer base
- Collaborate with internal renewal teams to identify upsell and expansion opportunities
- Focus on revitalizing sales within accounts experiencing declining engagement
- Apply consultative selling techniques to position security offerings effectively
- Consistently aim to surpass quarterly and annual revenue goals
- Coordinate with pre-sales engineering and professional services to design tailored solutions and lead technical workshops
- Present to stakeholders at all organizational levels, including executive leadership
- Create strategic account and opportunity plans to strengthen engagement and revenue growth
- Build and maintain partnerships with channel and service providers to establish long-term collaborations
- Maintain accurate CRM records and deliver reliable weekly sales forecasts
- Involve senior leadership when necessary to advance key account relationships
- Stay current on security industry trends and complete required training to maintain product and process expertise
