Bestway USA, Inc. is hiring a Seasonal Warehouse Associate for a position expected to run through September. In this role, you will assist with warehouse inventory, shipping, and receiving, contributing to a dynamic team by filling shipment orders in a timely and effective manner.
What You'll Do
- Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship)
- Unload incoming containers and put away inventory
- Use scanning technology to document carton-level information, including condition, quantity, and location
- Use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items
- Ensure product meets quality requirements
- Adhere to strict safety, quality, and fulfillment operating standards
- Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers
- Adhere to company values
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer skills
- Minimum of one year of experience in a distribution environment
- Ability to read and write English, follow verbal instructions, and use simple math
- Strong work ethic and organizational skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
Nice to Have
- Licensed forklift truck operator
