The Trustees of Reservations is hiring a Seasonal Steward, Moraine Farm

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Stewardship Manager and full-time Steward to carry out daily property maintenance, conservation, and land management tasks.
  • Carry out seasonal landscaping, groundskeeping, and property care activities as scheduled or directed.
  • Provide support to specialized teams including trails, buildings, agroecology, horticulture, and collections during conservation initiatives.
  • Enhance visitor safety and experience by conducting patrols, monitoring conditions, maintaining clear wayfinding, and ensuring facilities are clean and operational.
  • Occasionally participate in stewardship activities at other locations within the reservation network.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Compensation

$18 - $20/hour
