Victoria's Secret & Co is hiring a Seasonal Selling Associate. In this role, you will drive sales and growth by personally selling to customers, providing exceptional service, and engaging with our customers using an elevated level of product knowledge and expertise. You’ll be part of a team committed to empowering customers with products and experiences that make them feel good inside and out.
What You'll Do
- Drive store sales and growth by personally selling to customers on the sales floor.
- Proactively engage with customers, read cues, and respond effectively.
- Provide customers with the perfect bra fit by asking effective questions.
- Convert returns, offers, and other promotions into larger sales.
- Deliver a friendly and efficient cash wrap experience, processing transactions accurately.
- Reinforce customer buying decisions at checkout and encourage purchase of additional items.
- Recover cash wrap selling zone and 'go-backs'.
- Process merchandise to be floor-ready and maintain back room and understock to brand standards.
- Replenish merchandise to brand standards to ensure product is on the sales floor.
- Assist with projects including markdowns, re-tickets, and marking out of stock.
- Execute floorsets proficiently and adhere to brand standards.
- Assist with maintenance of back room and understock.
- Maintain focus on bras as the premier product differentiator.
- Prepare for each shift by knowing sales, promotions, and procedures.
- Recover and replenish merchandise.
- Understand and adhere to visual merchandising standards.
- Assist in housekeeping and reporting maintenance issues.
- Build awareness and skills in loss prevention and support store strategy to reduce shrink.
- Provide a safe working environment and demonstrate Company values.
- Build loyalty through the Rewards Program.
- Lift and carry up to 40 pounds, with frequent bending, stretching, walking, and prolonged standing.
