Company is seeking Seasonal Retail Sales Associates for our Shops At Centerpoint location. In this role, you will represent our brand values by providing excellent customer service, acting as a product expert to offer styling knowledge and inspiration. Your goal is to enhance brand loyalty and drive sales.
What You'll Do
- Recognize and assist customers; efficiently select products using various methods; answer questions quickly and accurately.
- Provide customers with styling and outfit suggestions, using mannequins and displays for inspiration.
- Introduce customers to the membership program to enhance loyalty.
- Utilize omnichannel solutions to deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Support floor, fitting room, checkout, and back-of-house processes as needed.
- Respond to internal and external requests courteously.
- Communicate and verify work-related information to provide support.
