Responsibilities
- Assist with daily campground operations, including upkeep of facilities, outdoor spaces, and equipment
- Ensure adherence to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations
- Help create and maintain campground guidelines and safety procedures
- Manage reservation processing, respond to guest questions, and resolve issues
- Support outreach efforts to attract visitors, including through social media platforms
- Promote positive guest experiences by collecting feedback and addressing concerns

- Work schedule includes flexible hours with weekend, holiday, and occasional overnight shifts
