Responsibilities
- Assist Property Manager and Engagement support in all engagement related programs including but not limited to: Father’s Day BBQ Bash, barnyard programs, Farm Days, and Oktoberfest.
- Handle registration, set-up, break-down, promotion, and correspondence with community partners for programs.
- Creation of branded content such as promotional materials.
- Contribute to social channels (Facebook and Instagram).
- Be an Appleton/Trustees ambassador and create awareness of our mission to our community.
- Perform other duties as assigned with or without accommodation.
Requirements
- Must have a love of agriculture and farms.
- Must have a can-do attitude with strong attention to detail.
- Must be organized and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Must have strong written and oral communication skills.
- Must be flexible to work nights and weekends.
- Must have access to your own form of transportation.
- Must be able to lift 40 pounds.
- Must be willing to work in variable weather conditions.
- Must have current authorization to work in the United States by first day of employment.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and a satisfactory driving record as outlined in The Trustees’ driving policy.
- Must pass a satisfactory criminal background (CORI) check.
