Responsibilities
- Lead store operations during management absence by overseeing opening and closing procedures, ensuring smooth daily function, and helping assign duties to staff.
- Engage customers with warmth and authenticity to create a welcoming atmosphere and guide them through a seamless shopping journey.
- Share detailed product insights, support sales goals, and accurately process purchases, returns, and exchanges with professionalism.
- Maintain visual and operational standards by organizing merchandise, restocking inventory, and keeping both sales floor and storage areas orderly.
- Support onboarding and development of new team members to meet service, appearance, and operational expectations.
- Share information about current promotions, new product releases, and special events to attract visitors and boost revenue.
- Ensure in-store events are carried out according to brand guidelines and enhance the customer experience.
- Take responsibility for store maintenance, including cleaning, restocking supplies, and keeping fitting rooms and displays clean and functional.
- Follow and enforce company policies and procedures to maintain compliance, security, and workplace safety.
- Grow the customer base through proactive outreach, community engagement, and consistent follow-up with clients.
