Responsibilities
- Record inventory quantities accurately using the HITS system, following guidance from supervisors on whether to use Excel or paper forms.
- Conduct thorough physical counts of all inventory items, ensuring full compliance with established reporting procedures.
- Notify the Team Leader immediately of any inconsistencies or variances found during inventory audits.
- Maintain strong proficiency in operating digital tools and software used for inventory tracking, especially the HITS platform.
- Report any technical problems with the HITS program or associated hardware directly to the Team Leader on a regular basis.
- Construct, dismantle, and modify storage units such as racks, carts, and shelves as needed for inventory organization.
- Position and secure supply carts at designated par locations within client facilities.
- Arrange and restock shelving units according to instructions from site supervisors and healthcare staff.
- Interpret and verify product details including descriptions, item numbers, par levels, and units of measure.
- Select one sample unit per supply type for each par location and apply a temporary identification label.
- Sort and prepare supplies on carts using correctly sized bins and proper labeling methods.
- Apply clear and accurate labels to all bins and transport carts.
- Enter inventory count information into the HITS application using either digital spreadsheets or manual sheets as directed.
- Adhere to all procedures taught during onboarding and training sessions for inventory operations.
- Follow company standards related to customer interaction, equipment handling, and internet use.
- Sustain advanced capability in using technology for capturing inventory data, particularly the HITS software.
- Participate in regular team and training meetings to stay updated on field operations protocols.
- Maintain daily contact with the Team Leader to resolve operational issues efficiently.
- Work collaboratively each day with multiple internal and client teams during project execution.
- Comply with all Inventory Counter protocols and procedures learned during orientation.
- Complete assigned tasks promptly and effectively while following company policies to meet operational goals.

- Frequent travel across the US is required.
- Applicants must be a minimum of 21 years of age.
- Must be able to meet hospital standards including background check, drug test, and medical vaccinations.
- Must possess a mobile phone for company apps for timekeeping.
- Must present a professional appearance.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
