Responsibilities
- Process guest arrivals and departures efficiently
- Accurately record all payment methods, including cash and credit cards, in the RezStream reservation system
- Manage credit card settlements and complete daily financial reports
- Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally
- Respond to guest emails with accuracy and courtesy
- Take and confirm reservations with precision and speed
- Serve meals, teas, and catering items during guest functions
- Prepare and serve alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wine, and beer, in compliance with regulations
- Assist guests with special requests as needed
- Support luggage transport, including carrying bags up several flights of stairs
- Deliver concierge services with strong local area knowledge
- Keep workspaces tidy and well-organized at all times
