Responsibilities
- Serve as a friendly and professional point of contact for campers and visitors at the campground
- Process reservations and sales transactions accurately while addressing guest inquiries and coordinating equipment rentals
- Help guests locate their campsites and provide information about local points of interest and amenities
- Clean and prepare campsites after departure, and maintain cleanliness in shared spaces such as restrooms, trails, and parking zones
- Conduct routine patrols to engage with campers and ensure adherence to site rules and safety guidelines
- Share information about the organization's mission and encourage visitor engagement through membership outreach
- Offer basic educational insights about local wildlife, plant life, and natural systems to enhance guest experience
- Respond to questions about the property, trail networks, and operational details
- Carry out routine grounds maintenance tasks as needed
