Victoria's Secret & Co is hiring a Seasonal Associate to join our team. In this role, you'll be the face of our brand, driving store growth through exceptional customer service and expert product knowledge. We empower our associates to create experiences that make customers feel good inside and out.
What You'll Do
- Drive store sales and growth by personally selling to customers.
- Proactively engage with customers, read cues, and respond effectively.
- Provide customers with the perfect bra fit by asking effective questions.
- Convert returns, offers, and promotions into larger sales.
- Deliver a friendly and efficient cash wrap experience, processing transactions accurately.
- Reinforce customer buying decisions at checkout and encourage additional purchases.
- Recover the cash wrap selling zone and manage returned merchandise.
- Process merchandise to be floor-ready and maintain back room and under stock to brand standards.
- Replenish merchandise to brand standards to ensure product is available on the sales floor.
- Assist with projects including markdowns, re-ticketing, and marking out of stock.
- Execute floorsets proficiently.
- Understand and adhere to brand and visual merchandising standards.
- Assist in housekeeping and reporting maintenance issues.
- Build awareness and skills in loss prevention and support store strategy to reduce shrink.
- Prepare for each shift by knowing sales, promotions, and procedures.
- Build loyalty through the Rewards Program.
