Victoria's Secret & Co is looking for a Selling Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, driving store growth by personally selling to customers and providing an exceptional, expert-level shopping experience.
What You'll Do
- Drive store sales and growth by personally selling to customers.
- Proactively engage with customers, read cues, and respond effectively.
- Provide customers with the perfect bra fit by asking effective questions.
- Convert returns and promotions into larger sales.
- Deliver a friendly and efficient cash wrap experience, processing transactions accurately at the Point of Sale.
- Reinforce customer buying decisions and encourage additional purchases.
- Recover cash wrap selling zones and process merchandise returns.
- Process merchandise to be floor-ready and maintain back room and under stock to brand standards.
- Replenish merchandise to ensure product is available for purchase.
- Assist with projects including markdowns, re-tickets, and mark out of stock processes.
- Execute floorsets proficiently and adhere to visual merchandising brand standards.
- Assist in housekeeping of the sales floor and communicate maintenance issues.
- Build loyalty through our Rewards Program.
- Maintain a focus on bras as our premier product differentiator.
- Keep awareness of, and build capability in, loss prevention strategies.
- Support activities related to providing a safe working environment.
