Victoria's Secret & Co is hiring a Seasonal Associate to provide exceptional customer service and drive sales growth. You'll be a key part of a dynamic team, engaging customers and demonstrating expert product knowledge to enhance their shopping experience.
What You'll Do
- When assigned to the sales floor, drive store sales and growth by personally selling to customers, proactively engaging with them, and reading cues effectively.
- Provide customers with the perfect bra fit by asking effective questions and convert returns, offers, and promotions into larger sales.
- When assigned to the cash wrap, deliver a friendly and efficient checkout experience, processing transactions accurately and encouraging additional purchases.
- Recover the cash wrap zone and manage go-backs while reinforcing customer buying decisions.
- When assigned to processing and replenishment, process merchandise to be floor-ready, maintain the back room and under stock to brand standards, and assist with markdowns and other projects.
- Replenish merchandise to brand standards and execute floorsets proficiently, adhering to visual merchandising guidelines.
- Drive top-line store sales results, maintain focus on bras as a premier product, and prepare for each shift by knowing sales and promotions.
- Recover and replenish merchandise, assist with housekeeping, and report maintenance issues.
- Build awareness in loss prevention to support store strategy and reduce shrink while providing a safe work environment.
- Demonstrate company values and build customer loyalty through the Rewards Program.
What We're Looking For
- Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds.
- Frequent bending, stretching, walking, and prolonged standing as part of daily tasks.
- Schedule flexibility that includes evenings, weekends, holidays, and non-business hours.
