Bristol Wave Seafoods is hiring an experienced Seafood Processor to join our crew on a vessel operating in the Bering Sea. This role involves physically demanding work processing fish products in cold, wet marine conditions, with long hours and extended trips from Dutch Harbor, Alaska.
What You'll Do
- Sort fish by size and species.
- Clean and bleed fish.
- Remove heads and collarbones.
- Freeze sorted fish in pans.
- Load and unload product and other supplies.
- Backload bait and supplies at trip start.
- Offload frozen fish products at trip end.
- Package frozen fish blocks in fiber bags or boxes.
- Label and stack frozen cases in the freezer hold.
What We're Looking For
- Experience as a Seafood Processor.
- Authorization to work in the US (eVerify).
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening (including THC).
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
Team & Environment
You will work as part of the deck and processing crew, reporting to the Captain.

This is an onsite role working aboard a vessel in the Bering Sea, operating out of Dutch Harbor, Alaska.
