Huzzle's Client is looking for a SDR/Sales Manager - Flemish Speaker to expand our client base across Belgium and the Netherlands. In this key role, you will manage a team of SDRs and Account Executives, executing strategic sales plans and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure exceptional client experiences.
What You'll Do
- Lead and motivate a team of SDRs and Account Executives to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and decision-makers.
- Develop and implement sales strategies for the Flemish and broader Benelux markets.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with Marketing to align lead generation activities with sales goals.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and performance reports for senior leadership.
- Provide coaching, feedback, and performance reviews to team members to enhance productivity and sales results.
What We're Looking For
- Fluent in Flemish and proficient in English.
- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within SaaS, tech, or marketing services.
- Proven experience in leading and developing a sales team.
- Strong understanding of sales pipelines, CRM systems, and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment.
