Remote Talent LATAM is hiring a Salesforce Implementation Project Manager to lead complex Salesforce implementations focusing on Sales, Service, Financial Services, and Marketing Cloud Account Engagement. You will serve as the primary client contact, manage projects end-to-end, and ensure delivery on time and within budget.
What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end Salesforce implementation projects.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building and nurturing long-term relationships.
- Consistently manage client expectations and deliver exceptional client experiences.
- Guide clients on best practices and advise on growth using the Salesforce platform.
- Offer proactive and creative solutions while anticipating client needs.
- Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, setting and managing key milestones, timelines, and deliverables.
- Review statements of work with clients and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Proactively identify and address out-of-scope requests, determining their impact on budget and timeline.
- Collaborate closely with clients to capture business requirements and user stories.
- Clearly communicate technical requirements to the Salesforce Administrator.
- Perform basic Salesforce administration: set up new users, adjust page layouts, build basic reports and dashboards.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a dedicated project management role, with a focus on Salesforce implementations.
- Proven expertise in leading complex, multi-phase Salesforce implementations in a fast-paced, client-centric environment.
- Experience in implementing solutions for Sales/Service Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud Account Engagement.
- Exceptional organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders at all levels.
- Self-driven and resourceful, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within scope while maintaining high client satisfaction.
- Exceptional communication: ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.
- Autonomous problem solving: capacity to work autonomously and problem-solve with minimal supervision.
- Collaborative mindset: proactive desire to collaborate with other internal team members.
