You will facilitate collaboration, help remove obstacles, and contribute to making teams more efficient and autonomous, while tracking projects and participating in continuous improvement across the organization.

What We're Looking For
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an IT solutions company, as a Scrum Master for multiple teams.
- Excellent command of agile practices and concrete field experience.
- Experience in change management.
- Good knowledge of JIRA-Agile.
- Positive, mobilizing, and collaborative leadership.
- Critical, innovative spirit oriented toward continuous improvement.
- Bilingualism (French and English) required for documentation and communication with stakeholders.
Nice to Have
- Scrum Master certification.
- Knowledge of Lean and DevOps.
