Responsibilities
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives

- Collaborate with product owners to manage backlogs effectively
- Ensure transparency in team progress and project status
- Support the adoption of agile metrics and performance tracking
- Encourage self-organization within development teams
- Monitor sprint goals and help maintain focus
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and stakeholders
- Foster strong team communication and accountability
- Identify and address team dynamics issues
- Assist in refining user stories and acceptance criteria
- Promote adherence to Definition of Done standards
- Track velocity and support forecasting accuracy
- Encourage knowledge sharing across teams

- Support distributed team collaboration when needed
