Navitus is hiring a Scrum Master

Careers at Navitus is looking for a Scrum Master to serve as a collaborative partner, ensuring team efforts align with the IT Vision and deliver innovative solutions. In this role, you will be key to coaching team members on Agile methodologies and creating self-organizing, flexible, and productive teams.

What You'll Do

• Participate in and coordinate Sprint ceremonies, including daily stand-ups and retrospective meetings.
• Coach team members in Agile frameworks and guide development teams to higher scrum maturity.
• Work with Product Owners to handle backlogs and new requests.
• Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that impede team progress.
• Escalate barriers to completion to your Manager.
• Create dashboards and documentation as required for initiatives.
• Manage internal, external customer, and stakeholder expectations.
• Participate in the Scrum Master Community of Practice.

What We're Looking For

• A four-year college degree and/or a minimum of three years of relevant IT work experience.
• A solid understanding of Agile methodology.
• Experience working in a Scrum environment.
• The ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees.
• Willingness to participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives.

Nice to Have

• Professional PBM and/or Pharmacy industry work experience.
• Knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws.
• Healthcare industry practices and HIPAA knowledge.
• Experience as a member of a multi-disciplinary team.
• Agile or Scrum Master training.
• Continuous deployment experience.

• Compensation: USD $93,672.00 - USD $114,934.00 /Yr.
