Booz Allen Hamilton is looking for a Scrum Master to coach a development team and ensure the successful progression of Scrum projects. You will apply advanced consulting skills and extensive technical expertise to help the team focus on sprint goals and achieve their highest performance level.
What You'll Do
- Coach a development team on Scrum principles
- Help the team focus on sprint goals and achieve their highest performance level
- Develop innovative solutions to complex problems
- Work without considerable direction and mentor or supervise team members, as needed
- Lead Agile transformation effort
- Work collaboratively to establish enterprise Agile processes for a large program
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of experience in a Scrum master or requirements analyst role
- Experience with requirement or business analysis
- Knowledge of Jira
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Agile Certification
