Peraton is hiring a Scrum Master to lead the modernization of the Theater Mission Planning Center (TMPC), which is the mission planning and execution component of the Tomahawk Weapon System. This hybrid role involves ensuring the reliability of today's operational system while guiding a team through Agile transformation.

What You'll Do

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.
Coach the team in Agile methodologies and Scrum best practices to foster self-organization, continuous improvement, and high performance.
Support the Product Owner in managing a clear, prioritized product backlog ready for upcoming sprints.
Work with cross-functional teams to remove impediments and challenges hindering progress.
Foster a collaborative team environment and encourage open communication between team members, stakeholders, and leadership.
Track and report team progress and performance metrics using Agile tools.
Identify and implement process improvements to increase team efficiency and effectiveness.
Act as a liaison between teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and clear communication of expectations.

What We're Looking For

2 years of experience with a BS/BA; 0 years with an MS/MA; or 6 years in lieu of a degree.
US Citizenship and an active Department of Defense Secret clearance are required.
Understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and Scrum principles.
Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and coaching teams on Agile practices.
Proficiency with Agile Project Management Tools, specifically Azure DevOps.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and facilitation skills.
Ability to remove impediments and resolve conflicts within teams.
Problem-solving skills with the ability to proactively address challenges collaboratively.
