Responsibilities

• Guide the team in advancing toward iteration goals by fostering focus and challenging outdated development practices.
• Support the team in continuously improving performance, encouraging accountability, and building self-sufficient problem-solving capabilities.
• Promote and uphold agile principles and practices within the team environment.
• Identify and resolve obstacles outside the team's control by coordinating with external parties or escalating as needed to maintain progress.

Responsibilities (4)

• Facilitate team progress by challenging legacy development methods and maintaining focus on iteration objectives.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives, empowering the team to take ownership and solve issues independently.
• Champion agile values and practices to strengthen team execution and alignment.
• Remove impediments beyond the team’s scope by engaging stakeholders or other teams until resolved.
