Join a global team focused on improving search quality by evaluating performance data and supporting rating accuracy. As a Junior Quality Coordinator, you'll work remotely from Mexico, analyzing quality metrics and contributing insights in both Spanish (Mexico) and English (US). Your responsibilities include preparing statistical reports, reviewing internal assessments, and identifying trends in rater behavior.
Key Responsibilities
- Examine quality performance data and generate accurate reports
- Review blind test results and provide detailed feedback on search queries
- Support raters with guidance on best practices and project expectations
- Identify and report behavioral issues among raters
- Review root cause analyses and request clarifications when needed
- Assist in developing and updating training resources such as newsletters and webinars
- Track and analyze performance data to support program goals
- Participate in stakeholder meetings with guidance from senior coordinators
- Respond to rater inquiries and monitor ongoing query patterns
- Complete other duties aligned with program objectives
Requirements
- Native-level proficiency in Spanish (Mexico) and strong comprehension of English
- Residence in Mexico with reliable internet and computing equipment
- Familiarity with Mexican popular culture and digital trends
- Commitment to working exclusively on the Search Quality rating program
- No prior or current involvement in Ads quality rating projects
- Exclusive household participation in this specific rating program
- Proven online research ability and adaptability in fast-moving digital environments
- Reliable antivirus protection and ability to follow English-language guidelines
- Willingness to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement to safeguard client information
- Successful completion of client-designed training modules and quality assessments
