What You'll Do
Perform detailed process audits across all levels of IKCA operations to verify adherence to established protocols. Identify recurring patterns, knowledge gaps, and inefficiencies through data analysis and direct collaboration with frontline staff. Support national quality goals by maintaining precise and timely documentation in key areas such as treatment records, immunizations, lab results, and scheduling updates.
Partner with cross-functional teams to advance data-driven projects, including proactive record collection and tracking systems for labs and immunizations. Provide leadership with actionable insights derived from audit findings and operational trends. Contribute to special projects and strategic initiatives as needed, and assist in developing training materials to support national team objectives.
Requirements
- Demonstrated precision and consistency in managing structured processes
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data tools such as Excel, Tableau, and Cerner
- Clear and effective communication abilities, both written and verbal
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-moving environment
- Adaptability in ambiguous or evolving situations, with a track record of guiding change successfully
- Leadership experience in identifying and implementing process enhancements
- Ability to collaborate across departments and build productive working relationships
- Familiarity with audit frameworks and regulatory compliance standards
- Willingness to mentor colleagues, share best practices, and support team-wide improvements
Preferred Qualifications
Advanced experience within IKCA operations is strongly preferred.
Technical Stack
Proficiency in Excel, Tableau, and Cerner is required.
