Conduct thorough second-pass reviews of machine-translated customer service materials to verify linguistic precision and uniformity across assigned batches. Your analysis will ensure content meets established quality benchmarks and aligns with project-specific guidelines.
What You'll Do
- Perform quality validation on translated content, focusing on language correctness, tone, and consistency.
- Assess and standardize error severity ratings to maintain reliable quality scoring.
- Detect recurring machine translation issues such as terminology mismatches, tone deviations, and structural inaccuracies.
- Deliver clear, high-level feedback that supports quality reporting and informs ongoing translation improvements.
Requirements
- Native-level command of Hebrew (Israel) with strong reading and writing proficiency in English.
- Proven experience in translation review, machine translation evaluation, or localization quality assurance.
- Familiarity with linguistic quality frameworks and error categorization systems.
- Highly detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities and a focus on quality.
- Capable of working independently and delivering precise, constructive feedback.
Work Arrangement
This is an intermittent, remote role based in Israel. Tasks are assigned on an as-needed basis throughout the year, with workload and timing varying according to client demand.
Compensation
Compensated at $28.13 per hour for completed work.
