What You'll Do
Monitor user-generated ads and content daily, applying established guidelines to maintain platform integrity. Use internal systems to identify and remove spam, misleading information, or inappropriate material. Conduct regular content reviews using digital tools, contributing to a trustworthy and seamless experience for all users.
Engage in daily remote check-ins with your manager to review performance and address any emerging issues. Work independently within a clear framework, focusing on accuracy and consistency in every task.
Requirements
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and consistent judgment when applying moderation rules
- Be comfortable navigating back-office systems and digital workflows
- Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish, in writing and speech
- Work autonomously while meeting daily quality benchmarks
- Be available Monday through Friday, 6 hours per day, during the 12:00–18:00 COT (UTC-5) or 18:00–00:00 CET (UTC+1) window
Preferred Skills
Fluency in Italian or Portuguese, written and spoken, is an advantage but not required.
