The Junior Quality Coordinator plays a key role in maintaining high standards for a search quality evaluation project conducted in both Portuguese (Brazil) and English (US). Working remotely from Brazil, you will assist senior coordinators in monitoring rater performance, analyzing quality metrics, and generating reports that support continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze quality performance data and produce statistical reports to track progress
- Support the development and review of training materials, including best practices and educational content
- Monitor rater activity, respond to queries, and identify potential behavioral issues
- Review root cause analyses submitted by raters and request clarifications when needed
- Participate in stakeholder meetings and contribute insights to help meet program objectives
- Maintain accurate documentation and assist with internal assessments and testing
- Provide guidance to raters on project expectations and proper evaluation techniques
Requirements
- Native-level proficiency in Portuguese (Brazil) and strong comprehension of English
- Deep familiarity with Brazilian popular culture and online trends
- Must reside in Brazil and work exclusively on this search quality program
- No prior or current involvement in any ads quality rating programs
- Must be the only person in your household participating as a Search Quality Rater
- Reliable internet connection, functional computer system, and active anti-virus protection
- Ability to follow detailed instructions in English and adhere to client-specific guidelines
- Successful completion of required training modules and quality assessments
- Willingness to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement to protect sensitive information
