The Manufacturing Quality Assurance Senior Professional will define and implement quality standards and processes for manufactured materials, components, and products at Hitachi Energy Chile S.A. in Santiago. This role ensures compliance with internal and regulatory standards, leads data-driven improvements, and supports continuous quality monitoring and defect resolution within manufacturing operations.
What You'll Do
- Define and specify activities, processes, and standards to meet quality requirements for materials, components, or manufactured products
- Build and maintain infrastructure and systems to ensure timely and consistent delivery of quality products
- Audit, monitor, and determine the quality of manufacturing processes and/or results according to internal and regulatory standards
- Report and resolve deviations in manufacturing processes and defects in finished products
- Understand organizational vision, objectives, and needs to lead projects and actions supporting business goals
- Conduct data analysis with area leaders and make data-driven decisions to generate organization-wide improvements
- Provide support, training, advice, and feedback to leaders of improvement initiatives
- Lead improvement initiatives when necessary
- Promote the generation and collection of best ideas (DtV)
- Monitor implementation, strategies, and projects that add value to the company
- Manage change effectively to ensure introduced changes are positive for the organization
- Maintain constant and effective communication with stakeholders involved in improvement projects
- Ensure compliance with applicable external and internal standards, procedures, and guidelines

- Ten years of experience in related functions
