Responsibilities
- Lead S&OP meetings with stakeholders.
- Manage 6-month demand forecasts and stock allocation/delivery.
- Cross-functional collaboration, particularly with Sales and Product Management teams, to drive demand planning accuracy.
- Identify operational issues, set improvement plans, and monitor KPIs (forecast accuracy, inventory, etc.).
- Analyze market trends and translate into demand planning.
- Produce weekly/monthly/quarterly sales projections.
- Provide customer updates on back orders and delivery schedules.
- Handle business development seeding orders.
Requirements
- Degree-educated with proficiency in Excel and SAP.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Proactive, problem-solving mindset with commercial experience.
- Performance-driven and adaptable to fast-paced environments.
