Samsung Electronics America, Inc. is hiring a SCM Operations Specialist

Responsibilities

  • Lead S&OP meetings with stakeholders.
  • Manage 6-month demand forecasts and stock allocation/delivery.
  • Cross-functional collaboration, particularly with Sales and Product Management teams, to drive demand planning accuracy.
  • Identify operational issues, set improvement plans, and monitor KPIs (forecast accuracy, inventory, etc.).
  • Analyze market trends and translate into demand planning.
  • Produce weekly/monthly/quarterly sales projections.
  • Provide customer updates on back orders and delivery schedules.
  • Handle business development seeding orders.

Requirements

  • Degree-educated with proficiency in Excel and SAP.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Proactive, problem-solving mindset with commercial experience.
  • Performance-driven and adaptable to fast-paced environments.
