About the Role

Aristo Sourcing is seeking a Scientific Sales Development Specialist to drive lead generation and pipeline creation through targeted digital outbound activities. You will identify, engage, and qualify scientific prospects globally to produce high-quality leads for our account managers.

What You'll Do

  • Generate and qualify new sales leads through targeted digital outbound prospecting.
  • Research and identify prospective customers across academic and biopharma sectors.
  • Execute structured outbound campaigns using email, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
  • Build and maintain accurate lead records in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • Qualify leads based on defined criteria before handover to account managers.
  • Collaborate closely with account managers to support pipeline development in key global territories.
  • Implement and continuously improve best-in-class digital lead-generation processes.
  • Utilize in-house digital tools to prospect efficiently and at scale.
  • Manage digital outreach workflows, including tracking, reporting, and CRM hygiene.
  • Support marketing-led campaigns by following up on campaign-generated leads.
  • Adhere to defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to lead generation and qualification.
  • Create basic social media and outreach content in collaboration with the marketing team.
  • Maintain strong technical knowledge through ongoing courses and in-house product training.
  • Follow all Assay Genie procedures and policies.

What We're Looking For

  • BA, BSc, MSc, or PhD in a scientific discipline.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
  • Highly organized, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
  • Strong judgement and decision-making ability.
  • Positive and professional attitude toward the company and marketplace.

Nice to Have

  • Prior sales or business development experience is advantageous.
