Aristo Sourcing is seeking a Scientific Sales Development Specialist to drive lead generation and pipeline creation through targeted digital outbound activities. You will identify, engage, and qualify scientific prospects globally to produce high-quality leads for our account managers.
What You'll Do
- Generate and qualify new sales leads through targeted digital outbound prospecting.
- Research and identify prospective customers across academic and biopharma sectors.
- Execute structured outbound campaigns using email, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
- Build and maintain accurate lead records in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Qualify leads based on defined criteria before handover to account managers.
- Collaborate closely with account managers to support pipeline development in key global territories.
- Implement and continuously improve best-in-class digital lead-generation processes.
- Utilize in-house digital tools to prospect efficiently and at scale.
- Manage digital outreach workflows, including tracking, reporting, and CRM hygiene.
- Support marketing-led campaigns by following up on campaign-generated leads.
- Adhere to defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to lead generation and qualification.
- Create basic social media and outreach content in collaboration with the marketing team.
- Maintain strong technical knowledge through ongoing courses and in-house product training.
- Follow all Assay Genie procedures and policies.
What We're Looking For
- BA, BSc, MSc, or PhD in a scientific discipline.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
- Highly organized, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
- Strong judgement and decision-making ability.
- Positive and professional attitude toward the company and marketplace.
