Responsibilities
- Lead the scientific rollout and integration of the platform for research and development teams
- Reorganize and adapt customer data to fit contextual scientific frameworks
- Leverage hands-on customer usage insights to inform product improvements and refine data structuring capabilities
- Within one month, assume responsibility for understanding and processing experimental data from newly onboarded clients
- Collaborate with customer success and sales to tailor data models and scientific processes to end-user requirements
- Within two months, start leading customer meetings and product demonstrations, conduct scientific assessments, gather new datasets, and refine platform setups with clients
- Within three months, manage the full implementation lifecycle for new and prospective customers
- Conduct product demos, coordinate stakeholder discussions, define project timelines, and promote product enhancements to address specific customer demands
