Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior team members to onboard new clients and assist existing ones during implementation phases.
- Learn and apply the company's structured approach to tailor the platform to clients' experimental and data needs.
- Gradually assume full responsibility for end-to-end customer implementations over time.
- Convert clients' experimental methods—such as formulation design, testing protocols, and data tracking—into precise platform setups.
- Align complex scientific data structures with the platform’s data model, ensuring accurate representation of customer-specific research.
- Navigate inconsistent legacy data systems, non-standard workflows, and unique naming conventions to build functional and scientifically sound configurations.
- Refine platform setups in collaboration with clients through iterative feedback sessions to ensure alignment with their scientific thinking.
- Participate in, then lead, meetings with research scientists, data managers, and technical decision-makers.
- Establish trust by demonstrating deep understanding of clients' scientific domains and asking insightful questions.
- Adapt communication style to effectively engage audiences ranging from lab researchers to senior R&D leaders.
- Document recurring configuration strategies across industries such as coatings, polymers, pharmaceuticals, and food science.
- Provide field insights to product and engineering teams to inform future development priorities.

Your First 180 Days
- Month 1: Gain in-depth knowledge of the platform and implementation framework. Begin configuring experimental data under supervision, focusing on accurately representing user workflows.
- Months 2–3: Attend customer meetings and demonstrations, contributing to scientific assessments and data planning discussions. Perform configuration tasks with increasing independence.
- Months 4–6: Lead a full customer implementation, including leading meetings, setting timelines, managing milestones, and identifying necessary product enhancements.
